week 5 term 2

This week we have done tech arts we did our last science lesson we had a test which see gave us 50 minutes to do I finished it in like 10 minutes. after we finished the test we played around with the toys on the windows wile we waited for Mrs Tyson who was helping the hard materials teacher because he cut his hand in the saw.

week 4 term 2

This week we have started writing a memoir and we are doing a new reading task. We also have a school exchange soon where our school sends some people up to an Auckland school and they send some down to us. we also have our last session for Tech Arts we are going to make sherbet. But for Tech arts this week we learnt about acids, bases and neutrals and the pH scale 7 is a neutral 6.9-0 is an acid and 7.1-14 is a base. We tasted some week types of acids and bases 6 to be exact. We also smelt and felt them. After that we got given pieces of paper and with special stuff on it. Then we dipped it into the acid and then the paper would change colour to how powerful it was say green was a 3 and red was a 8 or something.

This week we have started Student Led Conference and we are moving with our maths we have also done testing and I have got lots of things right that I didn't know so I've been doing well in math and punctuation and grammar, but not as good in reading, writing and spelling. also in Monday we did inter intermediate swimming which is against other schools and I did the 50 freestyle( 50 metres freestyle ) and the relay.

term 1 week 4

This week has lots of maths on the floor which has been going over mainly primes factorials and multiples which is the work I've been on for ages until we did that go over on the floor. I now know how to do prime factors e.g  prime factor is a factor that is a prime number e.g what are the prime factor of 24 the answer is 2 to the power of 2 and 3 to the power of 2. that is the main thing that happened this week      

Term 1 week 2

This year 2015 I have reminded myself of face value,place value and total value. I have got 100% on all my basic facts tests and completed the math test with a reasonable score. we have started swimming and i'm in the top group. I have learnt how to right a proper letter and how to right the address. I also learnt the pool is cold and the end is further than I thought.    

melifisent part two

Once he pulled the dagger from his belt and raised it up he thought he couldn't do it he couldn't kill his friend. so he thought if he bought her wings the king will think he killed her so he grabbed a chain and started sawing when he brought the wing the wings back to the king. when  the king saw the wings he said he will be rewarded. so the next day the king announced that the peasant boy would be the new king. Meanwhile when Melifasent woke up she did a scream for her wings where gone. She went into a black rage and put walls of thorns up around the marsh and turned it dark. At the castle the king had told a few people  him  and the queen had made a baby and it soon spread around and everyone soon new about the baby they said there would be a party. Nine mouths later the baby was born and Melifisent heard about this so she wanted to see this baby of the king. so she set off. At the castle the party had started and three pixies from the mash came to gibe the baby there presents one made her beautiful the other made her so that she was never sad and the other was about to do her wist when Melifisent came through the door the king told her to leave as she was not allowed there but she only came to give her a gift the king didn't want her gift but Melifisent did it anyway the king begged her not to do it because he new what she was going to do. Melifisent put a curse on the baby and said on her sixteenth birthday she would prick her finger and a sowing wheel and fall into a sleep like death forever. the king begged not to do this so she said  alright the curse can be broken but only by true loves kiss. .. to be continued     

Melifisent part one

In the weekend I went to the movies with my cousin Philip and his sister Crystal and my sister we went to watch Melifasent. Melifisent is about two kingdoms the ferry's and the humans. one day a young ferry named Melifisent one day she meets a peasant boy trying to steel a gem from her land (the mash) and they end up becoming  the best of friends. Everyday he would go into the mash and they would hang out. the only thing the boy wanted is too be the king. As the years went on Melifisent became the guardian of the mash and the peasant boy became a servant of the king. soon the greedy king heard if the great treasurers in the mash and decided to take them for himself he prepared an army to take to the mash to get the treasures. Melifasent brought up her tree creatures to fight they one. One day the king got sick and said to his most trusted knights to avenge him by killing the winged creature that he fought. the peasant boy heard this and he went to tell Melifisent. When he got there Melifasent invited him in he told her about the king then he gave her a drink...  She fell into a sleep. the peasant boy who was once her friend pulled a dagger from his belt and went to stab  Melifasent but he couldn't.... to be continued
